Each successful document you generate through POST /v1/documents counts as 1 credit (2 for documents over 10 pages, and so on). Failed renders cost 0 credits — you're only charged for documents that actually come back.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll get prorated credit for unused time on your current plan.

All API access and document credits are delivered digitally and instantly upon successful payment. No physical shipment is involved.
All purchases of API services are final. Once access is provided and document credits are issued, no refunds or cancellations are allowed. Please contact support if you face any technical issues, and we will aim to resolve them promptly.
